So, after a mountain of paperwork including work permit applications, new visa photos, LMO submittals, a trip to the Canadian Consulate in Atlanta after getting the run-around for 2 months on the phone…as well as a trip by Natti, Deacon and Deacon’s father to sit down personally with the Governor of Kentucky who then called the border patrol office himself regarding our trip…Natti was denied entry to Canada by a stiff, crabby Canadian border agent like so many rappers before him.

Whats even worse is after following every rule to a tee they didn’t actually USE any of the applications or photos we brought that they claimed were mandatory. It basically came down to “You have a 10 year old smudge on your record? You have 5 minutes to jump back on the ferry and go home. You other guys have $500 in cash to give us for work permits and a clean record? Gimme the money and come on in.”

Natti is stuck in Port of Angeles for the night and we decided because of all of the promoter’s (Christine of Foreal) hard work trying to make these shows happen that we’d do the 2-man thing tonight and in Vancouver, but Nelson is going to be canceled because logistically theres really no way to make it happen time and travel-wise..

Sorry but…man…ya’ll really need to do something about your border…lol We’ve been through 12+ different countries in the past 18 months and Canada is the ONLY place we’ve had any issue, and that was after a year of preparing for this very situation.

I can say with about 90% assuredeness we’ll never tour in Canada again. We love ya’ll, though.
